Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro officially launched with a premium build and “pro-grade” health-tracking features

After a month of teasers and leaks, the Huawei Watch GT2 Pro finally arrived.

This update to the Huawei Watch GT2 gives the best looks retaining a sports and health tracking features on the priority. Titanium case with sapphire glass and a ceramic back gives the premium finish.

Huawei watch GT2 Pro joins the Oppo Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch 3, Fitbit Sense, and upcoming Apple Watch Series 6 to be the part of the bumper season of upcoming smartwatches.

The dimension of the GT2 Pro is 46.7 mm x 46.7 mm x 11.4 mm and weighs around 52 gm without straps. The watch case is of titanium and sapphire glass and available in two colors – Night Black, Nebula Gray. Huawei puts two hot-swappable bands in the box – black fluoroelastomer and gray-brown leather.

The AMOLED screen is of 1.39 inch with 454 X 454 resolution. The touchscreen supports slide and touch gestures.

The GT2 Pro has 4 GB available memory capacity and the system software takes up part of the same space. It also has built-in speakers. It is powered by LiteOS.

Watch GT2 Pro also offers tide times and weather apps. The latter app will warn of storm and adverse weather based on atmospheric pressure from the built-in barometer.

The Huawei Watch GT2 Pro features the company’s new TruSeen 4.0+ heart rate sensor to offer more accurate HR. All-day heart rate tracking is a big part of the fitness tracking features.

With sleep tracking feature you get a breakdown of sleep stages, a sleep score with lots of extra data including a focus on night time breathing. Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro can also provide SpO2 spot readings.
