Proton’s top-selling electric hatchback, the eMas 5, is gearing up for its Nepal debut. The brand’s authorized dealer, Jagadamba Motors, has begun teasing the launch on social media, sharing glimpses of the car’s front fascia and a wheel alongside a tagline promoting it as Malaysia’s best-selling EV now arriving in “the land of the Himalayas,” under the slogan “Driving Re-defined.”

The hatchback quickly rose to the top of its segment after launching in Malaysia, and expectations are high that it will find similar traction in Nepal. It is predicted that the eMas 5 is likely to go on sale in Nepal around July. The company does not yet release an exact launch date.
